Welcome to EVOLVE (Supporting Women In Motorsport)

EVOLVE is open to all makes and models of cars, all ages and you don't even need a car or a license, just a genuine interest in having fun and learning more about your vehicle and motorsports.

No matter what your interest, drag racing, drifting, shows, motorcross or karting, if it has a motor there are like-minded women to talk to, both on line in the forums and at the regular meetings.

We also hold regular cruises, fundraisers, and social functions with the idea of having fun and learning in the aim of getting everyone off the streets and into legal and safe environments, all members are encouraged not to attend nor participate in illegal activities.

In addition, we hold workshop days over the country to teach girls how to maintain and safely modify their vehicles; Workshops days are in progress, where everyone can be in a safe learning zone, supervised patiently by trained people. In this way we can gain further confidence by working on our own cars and learning more about how everything works.

With our slogan of "supporting women in motorsport", and “If were not having Fun where doing it wrong!” The club is all about educating and encouraging the women of today (and their male supporters) about safe and positive ways to participate in motorsport.

Evolve now has members from all over New Zealand and Australia and has now expanded to members in Ireland and forum members from America.

We also have an R-Evolve section for the men who love helping and supporting us girls!

We endeavour to compete in Car shows, dyno days, drift, track and drag events and also hold regular cruises and social functions, and at every event we put the pink buckets out and collect for the NZ Breast Cancer Foundation. By doing this it’s a great way for us to help the community and to show that we are supporting women, and not only in the motor sport industry.

Evolve members can gain the confidence to compete with the guys on equal terms without sexism; some are even winning male dominated events!
